Great game bad seats

I purchased the tickets for the playoff game for my 8 yr old son and I. This was his first Hawks game. We were visiting Atlanta from South Carolina. The tickets that I had came with a food voucher. I called the Arena two days before the game and the rep told me I wouldn't have any issues with my voucher. We entered the arena and went to one of the concession eateries in the arena. I ordered food and when the voucher was scanned it was invalid. I proceeded to Guest Services then they directed me to Membership​ Group. The issue was resolved but very frustrating. Then when we got to our seats there was a major obstructed views because of the railing in our plain view. My son wasn't tall enough to see over the railing. If I had known about the view I wouldn't have purchased those seats. Ticketmaster and the arena need to notify customer of things of that nature to help with seat selection. I did speak to someone at the Box Office and he said due to it being a playoff game there weren't any seats available. I completely understood and we made the best off our seats....All of that combined with the issue I had with two fans over the free shirts that they decided to steal from my seat when I went to get some napkins for my son in the 4th qtr. I had to confront the fans about the shirts in order to get them back. That made this great game quite frustrating for me as a parent.
